Respond to incoming customer requests (50% messengers, 25% phone calls, 25% video meetings).
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language and written literacy.
- Ability to quickly learn a large volume of information.
- Customer orientation: you know how to listen and maintain a conversation, have a sense of humor.

Will be a plus:
- Work experience in a similar position (customer support department, customer care department, personal manager).
What will you do:
- Reply on the eardays of customer contact.
- Teach customers the correct and full use of the service.
- Help in the implementation of additional Ringostat tools to solve customer problems.
- Communicate with customers and understand their level of satisfaction with the service.
- Proactively and promptly respond to customer problems and their solutions ("alert" system in our CRM).
