Our goal is to make the education system efficient and accessible. We are growing, developing and want to help all schools in Ukraine, and eventually Europe.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a person who likes to communicate, learns quickly and knows how to find a common language with people. One who is not afraid to understand a new product and help others do the same.

What you will do:

  • answer customer inquiries and help them understand the platform;
  • train new users;
  • conduct online presentations;
  • support good relations with clients;
  • work for the result - shared by the whole team.

What we expect:

  • experience in a similar role (support service, customer service manager, etc.) from 1 year;
  • ability to communicate with people and be attentive to details;
  • higher education in exact sciences;
  • organization and responsibility, especially in a remote work format;
  • work experience in an educational institution will be an advantage.
