POSITION: Sales representative for business development

FUNCTION: Marketing

LOCATION: Vinnytsia

Key tasks and expectations from this role: the responsibility of the sales representative for business development is to fulfill a trade marketing and distribution plan that meets the commercial goals of brand activation, sales volume, distribution and retail trade.

Key responsibilities:

  • To be fully responsible for the allocated territory, consisting of points of sale where the Company's products are sold.
  • To have knowledge of the sales status of the Company's products in the allocated territory in all categories and apply this knowledge to select outlets to visit.
  • Visit outlets selling the Company's products in accordance with the visit route or as directed by the line manager.
  • Ensure proper availability and sufficient stock of products in the relevant outlet according to the assortment matrix in all categories.
  • Ensure monitoring the sale and availability of product stocks, by detecting the temporary absence of the product during the visit, optimal planning of the stock level and correct display of data in the data system.
  • Participation in marketing activities (launch of new products, collection of feedback data for monitoring, placement of brand zones, analysis of the effectiveness of the promotions, explanation of the conditions of the promotions to the sales point staff, etc.), determined in a cyclical plan, in the sales points located in the reporting territory.

Build and relationships with clients.

  • Build quality and long-term partnerships with clients in the assigned territory
  • Identify investment opportunities that meet the best practices of the company in terms of return on investment, do business proposals on the basis of the principles of investing in the client approved by the Company.
  • Negotiate and coordinate the terms of service contracts with the management of retail outlets, accompany retail operators in the course of providing services, verify compliance with contractual obligations by conducting audits. to the standards and policies of the company and based on the relevant instructions.
  • Implement measures to activate retailers: train, engage and motivate the dept.retailers, inform representatives of retail outlets about the company's products, implement programs to attract sellers.
  • Identify the competitive environment (goods of other manufacturers and their communication materials) in a specified territory from public sources and report on it to the line manager.

Reporting onterritoryandobservance of corporate standards.

  • Maintain the necessary periodic and current reporting and documentation for your territory in accordance with the work standards and requirements of the line manager in accordance with the instructions.
  • Analyze the accountable territory, namely retail customers, suppliers of the company's products in the territory, customers carrying out wholesale activities, ensuring compliance with the anti-illegal trade procedure for all customers in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure correct data entry into the systems regarding brand distribution, sales volume, competitor activities, list of sales equipment and provide information and report according to cyclical instructions to the appropriate employees.
  • Ensure the proper use of the company's trade equipment by timely entering information into the internal data system and ensure the organization of regular service, ongoing repair and maintenance of equipment by interacting with the equipment service and repair contractor.

Key requirements:

  • diploma of junior specialist (bachelor) or higher education diploma education;
  • from 1 year of experience in sales/trade marketing;
  • valid driver's license and driving experience
  • mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language;
  • Pre-Intermediate and higher level of English is desirable;
  • Developed communication and leadership skills skills
  • analytical thinking and result orientation
  • ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment

Working conditions:

  • Traveling nature of work in a company car;
  • Work schedule 5/2 from 9 to 18, short Friday until 3:00 p.m. if all tasks;
  • Visit the office once every 2 weeks;
  • Approximate distribution of time:

1. work behind the wheel - 40%

2. visiting retail outlets - 40%

3. work with reporting and analytics - 20%;

  • The work involves high mobility and daily physical visits to partners and customers;
  • The work involves constant verbal communication with customers and staff of retail outlets;
  • The work involves situational moderate physical load.
