IFRS manager in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

DTEK Naftogaz is Ukraine's largest private gas production company engaged in exploration and production of natural gas gas and gas condensate. 

We are looking for Manager fromIFRS

FEATURES ONAL POSITIONS:

• Control of the quality of accounting of resident and non-resident companies
• Control of the monthly period closing process of Group companies
• Preparation of consolidated reports on a monthly basis
• Preparation of annual financial statements of companies in accordance with IFRS, including including consolidated financial statements in English
• Support of annual and half-yearly audits of the Group's financial statements (auditors - Big4)
• Preparation of data for management reporting, reports and analytical information for shareholders, creditors, as well as presentations and transcripts of financial information at the request of management
• Analysis of non-standard transactions regarding the correctness of their accounting and disclosure in financial statements according to IFRS
• Participation in writing regulatory documentation
• Participation in project work on improvement of business processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher economic, financial (mainly "Accounting and Auditing", "Accounting and Taxation")
• Work experience from 6 years in the direction
• Work experience in the preparation of consolidated reporting 
• ACCA/DipIFR certification(preferred)

 REQUIRED SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:

• Experience in preparing the company's financial statements
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and the ability to apply them in practice< /li>
• Understanding the main financial indicators, the ability to analyze financial information, draw conclusions and propose alternative solutions
• High level of proficiency Excel, in particular working with large data arrays
• Experience in 1C, SAP (preferred)
