Main responsibilities:

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients;
• Solving clients' issues and providing advice on the operation of the service;
• Process coordination: receiving, checking and entering customer data;        
• Maintaining the high image of the company by qualitative performance of one's duties.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher technical education;
• Experience as a customer service manager from 1 year;
• Ability to quickly respond to requests and organize your work;
• A confident PC user ( MS Office, CRM systems);
• Knowledge of the English language.
