What you will do
- Analyze conversations clients have with our AI chatbot and locate incomplete responses
- Improve Help Center knowledge articles to improve AI chatbot responses
- Analyze conversations clients have with our support agents and provide feedback with improvement suggestions
- Set up chatbot flows (training will be provided)
