Customer service agent in CallCentric

Due to expansion, we are seeking energetic and motivated candidates for the position of Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional and quality customer service, resolving their inquiries and resolving issues.

Tasks:

• Respond to emails, chat messages and phone calls from customers
• Providing information about the company's products and services
• Understanding customer needs and requirements and ensuring their satisfaction
• Resolving conflict situations and offering rational solutions.

Requirements:

To provide quality services, the candidate must have the following skills and experience:

• Knowledge of German or Dutch at a higher than average level, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with different types of clients
• Experience in customer service would be an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a team and complete tasks on time
• Computer skills - confident user
• Ability to learn quickly
