Training specialist in Novi Produkti, Grupa Kompaniy /New Products Group

Area of ​​responsibility:

• administration and filling of LMS Collaborator system; 

• organization of training events: communication with training providers, search for venue, selection of catering; 

• preparation of feedback questionnaires for participants according to templates; 

• participation in the development and implementation of regulatory documents on personnel training and development; 

 
 

• monitoring of payments and reporting on the budget of the personnel department (training, evaluation and selection). 

Important for this position:

• experience as a specialist in study from the 1st year; 

• knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level or higher; 

• ability to quickly learn and understand new systems/programs; 

• flexibility and openness.
