Here are the tasks your working day will be filled with:

- Managing the Customer Relations Team:

Organization of workflows ;

  Load distribution;

Motivation and development of team members;

Searching for ways to improve work efficiency;

- Development of cooperation strategies with different types of company clients:

  Understanding the business goals and objectives of customers;

  Establishing and maintaining long-term friendly and partnership relations of business and customers;

Controlling the use of project budgets;

  Development and implementation of effective reporting forms for clients;

- Analysis of data and customer feedback to improve company processes and services.

- Prompt resolution of urgent issues.

- Cross-communication with other departments of the company.

- Creation and tracking of key performance indicators of customer service by the company team.

• You have 3 years of successful work experience in the role of Account/ Project Team Lead (or in related positions in cooperation with clients) in the field of client projects;
• You have experience in digital marketing;
• You speak English at the Upper-intermediate level;

• You know how to interact with different types of customers, including understanding their needs and desires;
• You have experience in managing financial processes and interacting with clients for timely payment for services;
• You have the skills of support and "preemptive game" in customer retention;
• You know how to build processes from scratch;

• You have basic analytical skills;
• You have solid experience with tools: Google Analytics. Serpstat, Ahrefs, Google Sheets, MS Office.
