Customer service manager (no experience) in OTP BANK Ukraine

We are looking for a lending manager in our partners' stores "Comfy" .

This job suits you if:< /p>

• Do you have experience in the field of sales or service (salesperson/customer service manager/ cashier/credit expert/call center operator, etc.)
• You like to communicate, you like your work like us, a responsible and attentive person.
• And most importantly, if you go to work not just to sit for hours, but try to achieve the best results!

What to do (We will teach you)

• Make applications on the PC/fill in documents;
• Take an active part in the Bank's projects with sale of cards (credit, pension, salary, etc.); and report your results daily, without reminders.

  (Average salary , which our specialists currently receive in your city from 16,000-17,000)
• We revise the salary towards growth every year in the spring.
• You will have a stable schedule: 5/2 with 10:00-19:00/11:00-20:00 weekends (Mon-Tue,Wed-Thu, we can consider other weekdays).
• We will teach you everything - 3 days of training with a mentor who step-by-step
