Customer engagement manager in Raiffeisen Bank

Your future duties:

• Active search and study of the market in order to identify potential corporate customers

• Establishing contact with parties who may be interested in the bank's products and services

• Conducting presentations of the bank's products and services - salary projects, settlement and cash service, acquiring, card products, etc. 

• Concluding deals and establishing partnerships with new clients

• Support of current portfolios of salary projects of corporate business

• Collaborate with the corporate business team to effectively coordinate projects

Your experience and skills:

• Experience with sales, attracting customers in the B2B segment from 1 year

• Banking experience will be an advantage

• Understanding the corporate market customers in the region

• Experience in presentations and negotiations

• Fluency in the state business language

• Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate

• Goal orientation
