Today we are looking for an IT Systems Administrator

Requirements for the candidate:

Work experience in the field of IT user support from 2 years (1st and 2nd line of support )

• Experience of working with Microsoft products: Windows 10-11, O365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Windows server 2016-2022
• Experience in building and operating SCS and understanding the structure of the OSI model.
• Ability to communicate with business and convey technical details.
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level (ability to conduct a dialogue with native speakers of English on working topics)
• Communicability, responsibility, autonomy, initiative and proactivity. 

Mainresponsibilities:

• Commissioning, installation, and maintenance of computer equipment, peripheral equipment, and office equipment.
• Providing advisory assistance to company employees on issues related to the operation and use of computer equipment and software.
• Maintenance, monitoring and commissioning computer network (SCS and network equipment). Administration of network equipment and servers (entry level).
• Monitoring, distribution and execution of requests in the ITSM system.
• Administration in Intune, Entra ID:
• Management of mobile devices and applications.
• Configuring security and compliance policies.
• Device health monitoring and reporting.
• Incident resolution and support users.
• Management of user accounts and groups.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Teams functionality for organizing and supporting meetings (500 participants)
