Join Join UP! in the role of Customer Care Specialist.
The role involves:

• Processing of requests from tourists and Join UP! agents;
• Reception of incoming calls;
• Search and suggestions of optimal solutions for clients;
• Implementation of outgoing informative campaigns;
• Informing customers in case of changes to the flight program;
• Work with the reservation system (confirmation of reservations, making corrections, acceptance of guarantee letters, etc.);
• Working with partners and airlines to resolve customer issues;
• Resolving force majeure situations (flight delays, failure to board a flight, overbooking, non-accommodation, problems of tourists on vacation, etc.).

We expect from you:

• Competent oral and written communication;
• Experience of working with clients and processing objections;
• Experience in the field of tourism or aviation will be an advantage, but not required;
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language, conversationlevel of Romanian or Czech;
• English language at level A2 - B1;
• Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage.
