We are expanding our dream team and looking for Customer Care Manager.
Your future tasks:
- response to customer requests through specified communication channels (chats, letters);
- provision of information about products / services;
- problem solving and cooperation with specialized teams as necessary;
- documentation of interaction with clients;
- monitoring and compliance with defined personal quantitative and qualitative indicators;
- capturing and transmitting customer feedback.
Your skills:
- communication skills: excellent ability to communicate with different types of customers, including dissatisfied or irritated;
- empathy: the ability to put yourself in the client's place, understand his needs and feelings;
- attention: the ability to carefully perceive information and ask appropriate questions to clearly understand the client's problem or request;
- stress resistance: the ability to remain calm in difficult or conflict situations;
- organization and punctuality: ability to prioritize tasks to respond to customer requests in a timely manner;
- teamwork: the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and other departments of the company to solve customer issues;
- openness: not afraid of new challenges, show yourself, work on improvements;
- ability to effectively use a computer and software: have skills in working with e-mail, chats and other basic programs;
- proficiency in written English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
Preferred, but not critical:
- proficiency in German;
- work experience in support;
- possession of working skills in CRM systems, omnichannel platforms;
- experience in iGaming.
