Also, to provide administrative support and cover for other team members in the Corporate Services Team.The Role EntailsUK staff pre-arrival/arrival/departure related activities;Accreditation of diplomats’ Arrivals & Departures;Issue ID cards;Full assistance with logistics and freight;Drafting correspondence;Vehicles registration/deregistration, insurance;Customs clearance;Hotel Contracts;Creating requests in the Finance on-line platform;Hotel bookings;Train tickets booking;Covering Transport Officer while absences;Purchases within the allocated budget;Any other admin ad-hoc tasks that could arise, including providing cover for colleagues as required.
