We are actively scaling e-commerce in Ukraine and Europe and are looking for a CRO Manager who can increase site performance and conversion at every stage of the user journey.
Role Objective Build a systematic approach to conversion growth — from user behavior analytics to implementing decisions that really impact revenue e-commerce RoBeauty.
Main tasks
- Analysis of user behavior (GA4, Hotjar, Clarity) and identification of growth points.
- Formation of hypotheses and conducting A/B tests of key site elements (headings, CTA, offers, checkout).
- UX/UI optimization: page structure, loading speed, navigation logic, path to purchase.
- Testing offers and content to increase clickability and trust.
- System setup and support analytics (GTM, GA4, Looker Studio).
- Working with site merchandising, building and testing new sales funnels.
- Implementation of tools for the growth of the average check (AOV) - upsells, cross-sales, bundles, basket offers.
- Cooperation with web development and change management on the storefront: setting tasks, testing and accepting updates.
Results / KPI
- Increase in conversion (CR) at key stages of the funnel.
- Reduce drop-off at checkout.
- Increase average check (AOV).
- Regular analytics and recommendations for UX improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing from 2 years in positions with a focus on conversion improvement and UX.
- Practical experience in planning, conducting and analyzing A/B tests.
- Proficiency in analytics tools: GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, Looker Studio.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, GTM.
- Analytical thinking, systematic, initiative, orientation to the result.

- Format: remote, full-time.
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00.
- Pay: rate + KPI (based on results interviews).
