We invite an experienced Creative Marketing Manager to the team of internal projects, who will help increase the effectiveness of advertising creatives for mobile applications and the web funnel (subscription model). You will work closely with the UA team, manage creative production (motion and graphic designer) and actively use modern AI tools for video generation.

The key task is to transform trends and insights into creatives that consistently show results according to key indicators (CAC/ROAS) and scalable.

Other tasks:

  • Coordinate the full cycle of creating creatives — from the idea to the launch of a test in advertising accounts (the main source of traffic is Meta Ads).
  • Research trends and adapt them to the Health & Fitness vertical.
  • Formulate hypotheses, write scenarios and storyboards.
  • Set tasks for designers, control quality and deadlines.
  • Use AI video generation (Runway, Veo, Sora, etc.) to speed up production.
  • Cooperate with UA Manager: test planning, analysis of results, iterations.
  • Increase percentage successful creatives and accelerate the launch of new hypotheses.

From you:

  • From 2 years of experience in creative production for performance marketing (preferably Health & Fitness, signature products).
  • Practical experience with Meta, TikTok and web funnels.
  • Ability to work with spy services to analyze competitors' creative strategies (AdHeart, Tyver).
  • Experience in developing UGC creatives, namely search actors, writing a brief for them, accepting work, editing, setting tasks for the development of UGC creatives to designers.
  • Owning AI video generation tools.
  • Understanding performance metrics (CTR, CAC, ROAS, LTV) and principles of creative testing.
  • Ability to clearly structure ideas, build creative around key elements (hook, trigger, CTA).
  • Good visual taste, vision and sense of market pace.
  • Community, speed in work and the desire to improve the result.
