Now we are switching to Zoho One and are looking for a person who will take on the implementation, development and logic of the entire system.
This is a role for those who want not just to "administer CRM", but to build a system for the company's business processes, to influence efficiency of teams and see the real result of their work in numbers and processes.
What will need to be done
- Implement and develop Zoho One (CRM, Cliq, Learn, Sign, etc.)
- Transfer business processes to the system (sales, execution, HR, marketing, procurement, logistics)
- Analyze and optimize existing processes (remove unnecessary steps, duplication)
- Configure automation, workflow, basic system logic
- Implement KPIs and dashboards for teams
- Develop a knowledge base (Zoho Learn: instructions, templates, processes)
- Control system usage
- Collect feedback from teams and improve the system
- Implement AI solutions for routine tasks (leads, email, HR-screening)
- Conduct an audit of tools and remove unnecessary ones
What is important to us
- Experience in implementing or administering CRM / ERP / automation systems
- Strong analytical abilities
- Understanding business processes (sales, operations, marketing)
- Experience with Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce automations - will a plus)
- Experience implementing systems “from scratch” or scaling
- Understanding AI tools
- English B1-B2
