Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Evacuation Assistant to work with Field Officer and Evacuation Coordinator for mobility support to IDP including the Vulnerable people, Low-mobility people such as disable and elderly people who arrive to Transit Center in Dnipropetrovsk oblast as to move to 2nd evacuated place such as the Collective centers as part of a new project funded by JPF (Japan Platform Project). 

Main responsibilities:
?Work with PW Field Officer and PW Evacuation Coordinator to coordinate the traveling  from Pavlohrad Transit Center to 2nd Evacuation place
?Accompany IDPs during relocation from temporary to secondary shelters, providing physical assistance and support to elderly persons and persons with disabilities or whoever needs for support
?Conduct the monitoring and interviews for measuring the performance of the activities
?Report any concern and issue to the supervisors, immediately after its detection.
?Perform other duties as instructed by the Project Officer or Program Coordinator
?Assume responsibility for administrative matters of a more general nature, such as registry and maintenance of project files and records

Required qualifications:
• At least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (desirably in social science, management, business, public administration, or related fields);
• At least 2 years of experience in field officer or relevant position in humanitarian or development field or commercial industries

?Demonstrated ability to carry out work independently with attention to details
?Professionally proficient in spoken and written English and Ukrainian
?Ability to work in a team
?Demonstrated competence in multi-tasking, working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (but not required):

?Working knowledge and understanding of Humanitarian Principles and Humanitarian Standards 

?Previous experience in humanitarian assistance or related work for a donor organization, or INGO is a very strong advantage.

Working conditions:
• Type of Contract: Service Contract  
• Project duration: Start from 1 April 2026 till 15 November 2026 (will be changed)
