CRM manager, manager of loyalty programs in Lyuksoptika

We are looking for a CRM manager/loyalty program manager

Necessary knowledge and skills for work:

• higher education;
• experience in the field of "Loyalty Program/CRM" from 3 years;
• experience in retail (preferred);
• knowledge of the English language at levels Pre-Intermediate (preferred);
• confident user of Excel and Power BI, preferably 1C ERP.

The main tasks you will face:

• Loyalty program development and strategy development direct-communications;
• support of the functioning of the loyalty program, control of the relevance of regulations;
• writing of technical specifications for improving the CRM software;
• formation of reports for the analysis of the client base ;
• conducting customer segmentation, development and implementation of offers/trigger chains;
• conducting newsletters (viber-sms, e-mail), efficiency analysis.
