We are looking for a talented and professional SMM manager for a partner project

About the project:

Our project was created for a successful entrepreneur — the only representative of Ukraine in the "Top 30 to 30 in the EU" list. He is ready to invest his time and resources in the development of the podcast in order to create a platform to accumulate an interested audience and interact with them regularly.

The idea of ​​the podcast arose from the desire for open dialogues with entrepreneurs of various levels - those who can share valuable experience and knowledge. The client already has a wide network of contacts among businessmen, and his constant travels and appearances at international events provide unlimited opportunities to attract interesting guests.

If you:

• You have experience in the development and implementation of social media management strategies in international markets;
• You know English at the B2 level and above;
• You know how to effectively manage and develop social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram);
• You have experience in creating video content;
• You have the skills to engage the audience and manage the community;
• Able to work with communities and groups, including opinion leaders;
• You interact effectively in a team;
• You have video shooting and editing skills;
• Is a creative and proactive specialist in the field of SMM;
• You know how to work with neural networks and optimize your work.

What will you do:

• Develop and implement strategies for social networks;
• Maintain and develop company profiles in such networks as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram;
• Participate in the creation of video content - there is an editor in the team, and some participation in the creation of the video is required.
• Actively interact with the audience and build communities;
• Organize and maintain communication with the project team to achieve marketing goals;
• Use creative and innovative approaches for promotion in social networks;
• Monitor trends and suggest improvements for SMM strategy;
• Work with project content;
• Participate in creating ideas and scripts for podcasts;
• Search for guests and organize podcasts.
