We are looking for a position Chief specialist in the customer life cycle of the Department marketing.
If you join us, you will:< /strong>
- create a 360° Profile of the bank's clients, both individuals and legal entities, FOP;
- implement marketing or behavioral Smart - segmentation of the bank's clients, both individuals and legal entities , FOP;
- create multi-level scenarios of communications with clients in accordance with their behavior and profile;
- create and implement personal offers for the bank's clients, both individuals and legal entities, FOP; >
- in order to activate the client portfolio, increase the level of cross-selling, prolong the life cycle of the client in the bank, and retain him.
