Requirements:

• Confident PC user;
• Experience in a retail network from 2 years on similar position;
• Willingness to learn new technologies and products;
• Availability of a car (required).

Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of software and hardware parts of trading points (connection of cash registers, cash registers, barcode scanners, etc.);
• LAN installation;
• Solving problems by phone, if necessary, visits to facilities;
• Ensuring smooth operation of LAN and office equipment of the regional office and retail outlets; 
• Worker administration stations / servers based on Windows XP / 7/2003 / 2008R2 / 2012;
• PC settings, fault diagnosis, major repair; Technical support of users, including remote support of the organization.
• Organization antivirus protection.
