CRM Consultant (1С & Mobile App) in Pro Pharma

Pro-Pharma is an innovative, dynamically developing pharmaceutical company. We are looking for a Consultant in the CRM team who will be the link between the technical capabilities of the system and the effective work of our employees.

Your key tasks:

• Administration and support: Setting up access rights, supporting users in the 1C system and mobile application.
• Consulting: Operational assistance to the team through various communication channels (telephony, internal request system, chatbots).
• Working with data: Maintaining the relevance of the database (clients, territories), checking the correctness of data.
• Technical control: System monitoring errors, software update process support and communication with developers.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Education: Higher technical degree (preferably in the IT industry).
• Experience:Skills in working with CRM systems and applications.
• Technical skills:Understanding the principles of 1C, the logic of building a database and the ability to process large data sets.
• Study skills:Ability to explain complex things in a simple way and to prepare high-quality teaching materials.
