Creative designer (no experience) in Fayber-Layt

We are looking for a creative person who wants to enter the world of design and advertising, even if there is no commercial experience yet. If you like creating visuals, experimenting with colors, fonts and formats, this position will be a great start to your career.

What you will be doing:

• Creating advertising creatives for social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

• Preparing banners, stories, posts and simple video creatives.

• Working with templates and adapting the design to different formats.

• Cooperation with marketers and SMM managers.

• Analysis of successful creatives and gradual improvement of visual taste.

Who we are looking for:

• Newbie or a student of design courses.

• A person with a basic understanding of composition and colors.

• Someone who knows or wants to learn how to work in Figma / Canva / Photoshop.

• An attentive and responsible candidate, open to feedback.

• With a desire to grow in the direction of digital design.

Will be a plus (but not required):

• Educational works or pet projects.

• Interest in advertising, marketing and social networks.

• Basic animation or video skills (CapCut, After Effects).
