We are looking for a talented and qualified Business Analyst for aninsurance company project.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of BA/SA experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
• Understanding Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of collection techniques of requirements (workshops, interviews, etc.).
• Practical experience of working with BA tools:
• Functional/non-functional requirements, tracing matrices BR/FR,
• Experience of creating use cases, user stories and UML, BPMN diagrams
• Understanding and experience of working with different types of requirements and ways of their formulation.
• Experience of working with integration projects and specifications:
• Analysis and documentation of data flows and mappings,
• Definition of dependencies.
• Knowledge and practical experience with JSON/XML, HTTP/REST.
• API testing experience (Swagger, Postman, SoapUI, etc.).

Would be an advantage:

• Development of UI layouts, experience with modeling tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, Visio, etc.).
• Analysis of data and its quality, creation of reports.
• Understanding of OOP principles or ability to read code in high-level languages (for example, PHP, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of testing methodologies (QA).
• Experience in ERD modeling and database (SQL) creation.
