General conditions:Full-time, from 10:00 to 19:00, hybrid. We are in favor of work-life balance, so you will be able to partially work remotely, but sometimes (1-2 times a week) you need to be present in the office on Vozdvizhenka (there is a shelter). 

Hiring stages: intro with recruiter -> test -> interview with Creative Director-> offer

WHAT TO DO:

• Preparation of influence strategies for the client;
• Communication with bloggers;
• Formation and summarization of project estimates;
• Writing technical tasks;
• Processing briefs from the client;
• Preparation of analytical plans;
• Preparation reports;
• Maintenance of internal databases and implementation of process automation.

OUR CANDIDATE HAS:

• from 3 years of experience in the field;
• High level of communication skills and analytical skills;
• High level of adaptability;
• Organizational skills;
• Skills to keep calm in stressful situations and effectively resolve conflicts.
• Able to clearly and confidently express their thoughts, conduct negotiations and discussions.
• Understanding the foreign market, or experience working with cryptobloggers will be a plus.
