CPA Affiliate Manager in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

We are looking for a CPA Affiliate Manager for an international team working with affiliate networks, traffic buying and affiliate development. It's a fast-paced and dynamic environment with constant communication and sharing of expertise.

What you need to do:

• Find and sign CPA teams pouring in traffic
• Check traffic quality, monitor limits and terms of partnerships
• Negotiate budgets with regional managers
• Communicate fully with arbitration teams
• Analyze statistics and monitor KPI performance

What we expect from you:

• Experience with CPA teams and arbitration
• Understanding traffic channels: Google Ads, Meta, ASA, TikTok, ad networks
• Skills in analytics, competitive analysis, working with spreadsheets and CRM/analytical tools
• Ability to lead negotiations and work to deadlines
• English B2+ (confident conversational)
• Responsibility, structure, communication, result-oriented
