With its headquarters, 3 warehouses, and a network of approximately 400 domestic and international stores, English Home provides employment to around 2500 individuals.In 2025, the company aims to expand its presence to over 45 countries, with nearly 600 stores and an E-commerce channel, striving to become the preferred and foremost brand in its market.What We Offer?Dynamic work ecosystem where you can take initiative and responsibility, improve your skills and learn continuously.Working in an engaging workplace and being part of a dynamic team.Key Job Accountabilities?To forward the projects coming from the region/country and the dealer to the project unit for review,Managing the existing business partners in Ukraine area, executing relevant strategies, all sales and marketing activities in order to improve the business results and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction,Setting up and developing new business partnerships with, retailers in Ukraine,Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards,Analyzing sales performance and promotional effectiveness of assigned accounts by regularly reviewing and reporting on sales performance and sales forecasts,Ensuring the development of existing customer portfolio, maintaining relations with existing customers and related sales operations,Monitoring and analyzing on market share, market developments, competition, competitor activities, risks, and opportunities, preparing an action plan and executing it in order to improve the business results and realize the sales targets,Performing accurate budgeting and forecasting activities based on past data and current business results considering the new trends in the market, risks, opportunities, and other critical criteria,To evaluate marketing plans by analyzing earnings during normal periods and campaign periods,Travelling abroad and visiting markets & clients regularly,Exhibiting or visiting exhibitions abroad.About You?An multi-faceted entrepreneurial person, who will take the initiative in identifying proactive opportunities.Passion for creating engaging communications that meet business objectives.A natural desire to build and nurture relationships across a range of stakeholders - both internally and externally, with a capacity to handle complex organizational structuresPossess unquestioned ethics and integrity. Open minded, creative and pragmatic personality, comfortable working in a demanding environment.Skills and ExperienceUniversity degree in business, industrial engineering or a relevant field,Minimum 10 years experience,Excellent written and spoken English,Proficient in Russian language, both speaking and understanding.Mastering the dynamics of the retail sector,Successful in human relations, strong representation and persuasion skillsStrategic thinker; ability to focus on big picture and develop a continuous learning curve,Problem-solver: Face challenges with a can-do attitude,Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast–paced enviroment,Preferred QualificationsExperience in retail is a plus.
