BAT UKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNTANT FOR COST ACCOUNTING

Location:Kyiv

Main responsibilities:

• Accounting for 631 account Settlements with creditors .
• Verification of documents for payment of goods / services in accordance with legislation and internal procedures.
• Reflection in accounting and tax accounting of transactions for the purchase of goods / services according to the received primary documentation.

• Analysis and support of contracts, primary documents and settlements with suppliers of marketing services.
• Control of settlements with suppliers of goods / services and reconciliation of mutual settlements.
• Formation of tax credit for transactions with purchase of goods / services, verification of tax invoices in the unified register through the M.E.Doc program;

Mandatory requirements for candidates:

• Higher education
• Experience as an accountant
• Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting standards
• Knowledge of document management
• Knowledge of MS Office programs at the level of a confident user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of "Medoc"
• Knowledge of SAP - desirable
• Fluency in Ukrainian
• Fluency in English
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to complete assigned tasks on time
• Experience working in a team
