BAT UKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR A COST ACCOUNTANT

A cost accounting accountant must know:
- Current legislation of Ukraine
- Resolutions, orders, orders, normative, methodical and other guiding materials regarding the organization of professional activities.
- Business language and ethics of official relations.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education in the relevant field of training.
- Experience in the profession for at least 2 years.
- Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting standards.
- Knowledge of document management.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs at the level of a confident user (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of M.E.DOC.
Constantly ensure the process of timely payments to suppliers in the SAP system:
- Checking the compliance of the payment details in the SAP system with the details in the payment invoices.
- Checking the registration checking the presence of signatures of invoices, expense invoices (acts of completed works).
Constantly administer confirmation of acts of completed works and expense invoices by authorized persons. Check and reconcile invoices with suppliers in the SAP system.
- Receive missing certificates of completed work and expense invoices.
- Check and/or register tax invoices in accounting systems in the SAP and M.E.DOC system.
- Control over the timely closing of settlements.
- Conduct reconciliations of mutual settlements with suppliers.
Ensure timely closing of the reporting period.
