Activities are provided within the framework The activity is envisaged within the framework of the project "Multi-sectoral humanitarian aid and resilience building".

Job description:

- provision activities of the "Doctor and War" program in Mykolaiv-Kherson.

- formation of a monthly plan for the implementation of the "Doctor and War" program, event schedules and staff working hours;

- coordination of activities of the "Doctor and War" program and war", ensuring the collection of information (including photo and video materials) and coverage in the form of publications on the Internet, as well as mass media);

- monitoring the actual implementation of the indicators of the "Doctor and War" program and introducing proposals for necessary changes;

- implementation of coordination support for the staff of the "Doctor and War" program upon request;

- implementation of document flow monitoring of the "Doctor and War" program in accordance with project requirements;

- ensuring the necessary business communication;

- implementation by the team of the "Doctor and War" program of project indicators and deadlines.

- drawing up a monthly report on the implementation of the "Doctor and War" program war".

From you we expect:

- FOP of the 3rd group with relevant qualifications.

- Work experience of 1-3 years.

- Willingness to work with a crisis population group.

- Personal qualities: stress resistance, sociability, teamwork skills, ability to establish contact, compliance.

Employment in the amount of 40 hours per month.

The number of hours per month can be reduced or increased as needed, but not exceed the total number of hours for the project, which is 120 hours.

Duration of the project 07/01/2023- 31.12.2024 with an extension for 1.5 years.

Employment period from 01.10.2024-31.12.2024 with an extension for 1.5 years.

Activity is carried out in the city of Mykolaiv and region.
