Coordinator(or) of policies and management systems for quality, health and environment is a role in which you will ensure quality, food safety and environmental compliance in all business processes. Working cross-functionally with the Supply Chain and Commercial teams, you will contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our quality and food safety management systems in accordance with CCH, TCCC, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000 and local legislation.
You will play a key role in managing QSE standards, conducting internal audits and developing a strong quality culture in organizations.
Our new team members should:
Have a university degree in food technology, chemistry, packaging, technical sciences, business administration, management or similar fields.
Have operational experience in an international organization or in manufacturing;
Knowledge of ISO standards (eg ISO 9001, 45001, 140001 or FSSC 22000);
Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, communication skills and the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships;
Have at least an intermediate level of English.
You can be successful in this role if:
You collaborate with all teams to ensure compliance of all programs and processes with CCH and TCCC;
You will participate in internal audits;
You will manage CCH reporting at the BU level;
You monitor changes in Ukrainian legislation related to Q&FS and inform relevant departments to ensure compliance;
You will design and conduct quality, FS and GMP trainings to develop QSE competencies, culture and mindset;
You will manage OPEX for internal audits and trainings.
