Coordinator for the development of the SVOI platform (Product Owner) in Fond Shidna Evropa

Within the Swiss-Ukrainian Program "Electronic Governance for Government Accountability and Community Participation" (EGAP) Fund Eastern Europe announces a competition for the position of coordinator for the development of the SVOI platform (Product Owner).

Responsibilities:

• coordination technical support and maintenance of the platform;
• communication with communities, analysis of needs and feedback, development of technical tasks to improve the usability of the platform and its modules;
• design of new modules and functions, development of technical tasks and interaction with developers;
• prioritization of development tasks;
• communications with vendors and implementation of integrations;
• collection and summarization of analytical data, preparation of reports;
< li style="font-weight: 400">coordination of interaction with contractors and partners;
• maintenance of documentation, including user instructions;
• organization and conduct of trainings, other events;
• fulfillment of other tasks within the scope of competence at the request of management.

The duties and tasks listed herein are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive.

Required qualifications, experience, competencies:

• higher education not lower than the second level (master's degree, specialist);
• proven practical experience leading the creation and/or development of platforms or similar products;
• organizational skills and leadership;
• ability to describe complex things in simple language;
• high-level understanding of the architecture of PHP, Node JS, MySQL, JavaScript;
• free command of the Ukrainian language;
• command of Englishy language will be an advantage.
