We are looking for PROJECT MANAGER FOR MANUFACTURING MODULAR HOUSES

How we see our candidate ? ?

• EXPERIENCE IN IMPLEMENTATION OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, IN PARTICULAR ?IN MODULAR CONSTRUCTION
• developed analytical abilities, technical literacy
• higher professional education
• knowledge of the normative construction base, DBN
• ability to read drawings
• PC knowledge (Word, Exel, Autocad) at the level of a confident user, knowledge of Microsoft Project will be an advantage, but not required.
• Management skills and the ability to organize the work of a team .
• READINESS FOR MISSIONS
• Personal discipline, punctuality , responsibility in decision-making, honesty

What should be done?

• Compilation of the production and installation schedule of structures (per week, per month, per quarter).
• Analysis of implemented projects
• Preparation of tender documentation for construction projects in accordance with by the VTV department, estimators, production manager.
• Checking compliance and fulfillment of basic operational requirements in production
• Checking the maintenance of executive documentation in production.
• Controlling the installation of modular structures and management of the field team during the implementation of projects
• Working with subcontracting organizations.
• It is desirable to have your own car and driver's license
• Business trips to Ukraine (2-3 times a month)
