Coordinator for the development and launch of youth programs in Dnipro from the NGO "STEP" in STEP, GO

For a 14-month project, we are looking for a specialist in the city of Dnipro who understands the principles of youth policy, is interested in supporting youth centers and is ready to form their content.

To the list of duties includes:

• participation in the formation of the program content of youth centers (new and already operating) in several regions of Ukraine;
• interaction with the local youth council, building horizontal connections;
• coordination and support of educational events on the ground: trainings, workshops, mentoring sessions, forums;
• conducting internal training and activities for MC teams in the role of a trainer;
• supporting the development and cohesion of the community of project participants: MC teams, youth councils and young people as final participants;
• regular monitoring and analysis of the involvement and development of team representatives;
• keeping reports on the events and maintaining a database of unique participants.

It is important that you have:

• 1 year of work experience in the public sector, volunteering or non-formal education;
• understanding of the principles of youth work and non-formal education;
• high communication skills, the ability to resolve conflict situations, creativity;
• confident command of Google Workspace, Canva (preferably), social networks.

The presence of a certificate of the "Youth Worker" program (profile course from the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine) will be an advantage.
