Coordinator in KOLO — fond tech-spilnoti

Hello!
My name is Yar, director of the tech community fund KOLO. We are looking for a coordinator to strengthen our operations team.

Fund coordinators are project managers who help efficiently convert collected donations into valuable devices for our advocates and keep everything under control.

This a young energetic person who likes and knows how to communicate a lot, wants to work intensively and wants to be proud of the results of his own work will best fit the vacancy.

The coordinator performs valuable tasks:

• Manages the budget and distributes it in directions, based on the most urgent needs at the front. 
• Prioritizes applications based on the principle of ROI and provides military feedback on all of them.
• Ensures that the fund has all necessary documents from military units.
• Finds the best offers from Ukrainian and foreign suppliers.
• Accepts devices to the warehouse and hands them over to the military. 
• Provides photo and video reports from defenders.
• Keeps track of everything and fills the database in CRM.

We expect the coordinator to work:

• Independently. No one will stand above the soul.
• Responsible. People's lives depend on our work.
• Pedantic. We are talking about money from donors, so everything should be clear.
• Quick. In the charity fund, every hour is worth its weight in gold.
• On various tasks. It is important to be able to switch between different contexts.

A significant plus will be:

• Sufficient English to understand and communicate by text with overseas suppliers. Free voice communication is generally top.
• Experience of working with ZED contracts.
• Experience of working as an assistant.
• Own car.

. Mostly remote, but once a week we meet as a team at the UNIT.City office. It will also be necessary to regularly visit the warehouse in Nivki.
