Project coordinator in Viraviks Ukrayina, TOV

Hello! We are an engineering company Viraviks Ukraine, which provides its services in the field of installation of equipment and monitoring of production processes. We have knowledge and experience in the implementation of technological solutions and projects for FMCG companies. Among our clients: AB InBev, Heineken, Bunge, Philip Morris, Parmalat, Mondelez International and others, we are looking for a Project Coordinator.

The main mission of this position is to support engineers in preparing for the implementation of projects (organization of procurement and delivery equipment / components). Proficiency in Plant3D / Solidworks graphical editors is desirable to support engineers in preparing drawings for projects. The position will be based in Kyiv (Ukraine).

Your duties:

• Supporting engineers in the implementation of projects (responsibility for the start of activities with the purchase of components and equipment, project-related invoicing).
• Arrangement of logistics, delivery, customs clearance (if applicable).
• Procurement of equipment, services and spare parts related with projects.
• Maintenance of procurement documentation and reporting.
• Preparation of estimates for offers and commercial negotiations.
• Formation of the descriptive part and design of the commercial offer
• li>Formation of the project schedule and its compliance (supplies, subcontracting)
• Work with contracts (formation, verification, adjustment)
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards of equipment / components, contact with suppliers .
• Cost control and optimization of work processes.

Our expectations from you:

• Work experience at least 2 years in a similar position.
• Experience of working with projects in the field of automation or production.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Work experience with MS Office.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment and manage time effectively.
• Working with graphic editors  Plant3D / Solidworks will be an advantage
