For our client, an international digital company working in performance marketing and affiliate direction in the FinTech/PDL vertical, we are looking for a COO/Head of Operations, working remotely with business trips.

Purpose of role:

We are looking for an operations director who will take over the operational management of the company, relieve the CEO and ensure business scaling through the launch of new directions (GEO/products), building a transparent operating system and monitoring the fulfillment of quarterly profit goals.

Necessary skills:

• Experience in affiliate / CPA / performance marketing, iGaming.

• Strong understanding of unit economics and metrics: LTV, CAC, ROI, CPL (ability to manage and influence them).

• Experience managing teams of 10-30 people and coordinating multiple functions simultaneously.

• Experience in launching new products or entering new markets (GEO).

• Practical (hands-on) approach, structure, system thinking, focus on results and numbers.

• Understanding of the performance model, API monetization and management of advertising budgets.

• Spoken English at a level not lower than B2.

• Readiness for business trips abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Take operational management from the CEO and ensure stable implementation of the company's priorities.

• Launch new directions and projects (new GEOs, new products, new business units, bonus broker, Africa, etc.).

• Build a scalable operating system: processes, roles, responsibilities, regulations, regular management.

• Monitor the execution of OKRs and key initiatives on time (planning, synchronization, control of deadlines).

• Optimize processes and increase team efficiency, eliminate bottlenecks, speed up the decision-making cycle.

• Control the budget, expenses and financial discipline, prepare forecasts and plan-fact analysis.

• Coordinate the work of Tech, Affiliate, Product, Retention, HR teams, ensure coordinated interaction between areas, clear division of responsibilities and transparent process management.

• Actively cooperate with the financial department: budgeting, plan-fact, margin control, financial models and forecasting.

• Strengthen the performance approach, management through numbers and analytics: metrics, reporting, decision quality control.

• Ensure business model scaling and effective implementation of strategic initiatives.

• Participate in overseas travel for launches, partnerships and operational tasks.

KPI:

• Achieving gross profit targets (quarter).

• Compliance with the budget and financial discipline.

• Launch of new projects on time and within the agreed resources.

• Increase LTV and/or decrease CAC due to improved processes and management quality.
