Specialist in execution of contracts / Operator postfixing (Execution / Operator Postfixing)

Main requirements:

          1.        Work experience of 1-2 years in the field of sea transportation.

          2.          Practical knowledge of working with foreign trade contracts on terms CPT, DAP, EXW, FCA, CIF/CNF, FOB.

          3.        Knowledge of export documentation, terms of delivery according to Incoterms 2000 / 2010, FOSFA, GAFTA standards.

          4.          Experience in working with cargo documents, ability to calculate freight, demurrage and detention

            8.         Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.

Functional duties:

            •          Full support for the execution of foreign economic contracts: from creation and approval to payment control.

          •         Organization of export shipments: vessel planning, logistics coordination, communication with terminals, surveying companies and agents.

            •          Formation and presentation of transport and commercial documentation (invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, etc.).

            •          Preparation and verification of contracts, invoicing, submission documents to banks.           •          Providing nominations for shipment, appointment of surveyor companies, cargo quality control.

          •         Resolving disputed issues and claims in the process of deliveries.

          •         Negotiations with clients and partners, conducting business correspondence in English in language.

            •          Control of the timeliness of payments and mutual settlements.

            •          Maintenance of registers, reporting, filling in corporate accounting systems.

          •          Analysis of contract execution, identification of risks, participation in process optimization.

It will be an advantage:

          •         Knowledge of Incoterms 2020, the basics of customs clearance.

          •       Experience of cooperation with shipping lines, forwarders, insurance companies.

          •          Knowledge of a second foreign language (German, Spanish, French).
