We are looking for a creative and responsible Content Manager to create, manage, and optimize content across various platforms. If you have experience in content strategy, are skilled in working with text and visual content, and know how to engage an audience, we would love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Create diverse content, including articles, blog posts, press releases, promotional materials, and social media posts.
• Research topics to produce relevant, accurate, and timely content.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO).
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop integrated campaigns.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Publish content on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Discord, the company website, and others.
• Manage and grow social media channels.
• Develop and implement content plans.
• Generate and execute ideas to enhance company content.
• Utilize statistics and performance metrics to guide content strategy.
• Adapt existing content to fit different platforms and formats.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent writing skills in Ukrainian; English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
• Experience in copywriting and establishing the right Tone of Voice.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Ability to adapt to various writing styles and meet brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in using content analysis and performance tools, including AI systems and translators.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems effectively.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and platform-specific features.
• Ability to propose innovative content ideas independently.
