Senior .NET Developer

On behalf of our client, a leading product company specializing in data and analytics with offices across the US, EMEA, Ukraine, and APAC, we are seeking a  Senior .Net Developer to join the Ukrainian team.

Considering only candidates based in Ukraine.

You will be at the very heart of our operations, designing and implementing intricate, high-performance systems that gather and analyze data from millions of web users.

Our customer’s backend engineers oversee the entire data journey — from managing vast data lakes to selecting optimal serving methods and databases, right through to delivering data via our API services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate systems that handles more than 50k events per seconds and serve varieties of clients both mobile and desktop
• Manage data pipelines over Spark/Airflow framework.
• Take a major part in designing and implementing complex high scale systems using large variety of technologies
• Design, code and integrate scale systems
• Implement solutions in AWS cloud environment, developing CI/CD pipelines.
• Constantly learn new technologies and methods and enrich other team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend development using .Net writing Object Oriented code
• Knowledge of Python is a big plus.
• Expertise in building large scale web applications: advantage for working with Microservices architecture, AWS and databases (DynamoDB, Redis, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Columnar DBs)
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies: A familiarity with Spark, Databricks and Airflow is a big advantage .
• Is comfortable taking on challenges and learning new technologies, including new coding languages.
• English level: upper-intermediate
• Possess a strong sense of ownership over the product
• Enjoying a fast-paced dynamic environment
