Content manager in Reshta Yu.G., FOP

We are a licensed private school working in the field of education and science. We create an environment where knowledge, ideas and strong personalities are born. We develop several educational directions and actively show the real life of our projects in social networks - without formality, but with depth and meaning.

Now we are looking for a content manager who feels the algorithms of social networks, sees the meanings behind the scenes and knows how to transform the daily educational routine into a lively, meaningful and strong content.

YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF:

• have work experience from 2 years old and understand the algorithms of social networks;

• have a portfolio of work and are ready to present it;

• can write emotive texts;
• basic you confidently work with design in Figma and video editing (storiz, rails, YouTube);

• feel the difference between "trendy" and "apt", have taste and empathy;

• you know how to plan content, think strategically and see the picture wider than one post;

• develop and implement a content strategy: from competitor analysis to brand positioning;

• create content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok (posts, stories, rails, videos);

• generate info drives, communicate with the audience, develop channels and social networks of the school and projects;

• film, process and edit video content;

• interact with tutors, select photos and videos from school life;

• work with bloggers and advertising sites;

• set tasks for contractors, participate in related advertising activities;

• maintain a content plan and reporting;

• perform the tasks set by the manager.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN IN OUR COMPANY:

• trial period 1 - 2 months - UAH 30,000 - 35,000 (according to the results of the interview);

• after the trial period - rate 40,000 UAH;

• maximum income - rate + bonus up to UAH 2,000 for efficiency and effectiveness.

• hybrid work format: office + trips to shootings (with space for creativity);

• schedule in the office: 9:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00 (as agreed with the management);

• catering at the expense of the company;

• modern technical equipment: camera, lighting and everything necessary to create quality content;

• support and adaptation system: support of the designer (brand book) and marketer (TOV, communication strategy).
