We are looking for an experienced specialist who will help the company move to a new level of operational efficiency. Your role will be key in the transformation of management, production and service delivery processes, administrative processes, and building a culture of continuous improvement. 400">
Required professional characteristics, skills and education:
- Higher education (economics, management, systems engineering or IT). Certifications in Lean, project management will be an advantage.
- 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Deep understanding of how a modern manufacturing enterprise works.
- Experience in implementing processes within ERP projects.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMBoK, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Practical skills in applying Lean tools to eliminate waste.
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Visio (experience with Camunda, Bizagi or Signavio will be significant a plus).
- Ability to transform complex technical details into understandable project documentation.
- Ability to structure chaos and highlight the main thing.
- Analytical mindset and attention to details.
