Consultant, support 1C in Omnicore

Omnicore is an international product and service company, a leader in the field of creation, development and full management of eCommerce business of global retail players in the fashion industry. We specialize in two main areas of services:

- eCommerce-as-a-Service: creation and management of e-commerce businesses, development and implementation of omnichannel services, design, web development, content, marketing, customer service service, etc.
- 3rd Party Logistics (3PL): management of warehouse operations for retail and wholesale activities, logistics, transport and packaging solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience of working with 1C system and user support - from 5 years.
• Deep knowledge in the field of logistics, warehouse processes and principles of 3PL+e-commerce work .
• Analytical thinking, ability to analyze business processes and propose improvements.
• Experience in training users and effective interaction with clients.
• Ability to identify the causes of problems and offer optimal solutions.
• Responsibility, attention to detail and high executive discipline.
• Ability to multitask and maintain quality of work.

Responsibilities:

• 1C user support: consulting, solving technical issues, help in using the system.
• Maintenance and control of document flow, ensuring correct work with documentation.
• Analysis and optimization of business processes, offering solutions based on 1C to improve the company's work.
• Teaching users to work in the 1C system, conducting briefings and training sessions.
