Seller-consultant in Monogo

The SANA company is a Ukrainian manufacturer of medical clothing with its own production and store in Kyiv. We value product quality and a professional approach to working with customers.

We invite to the team a consultant seller with experience in sales.

Duties

• Consulting customers in the sales hall and selling products (medical clothing, accessories).
• Processing orders from the company website and Instagram.
• Working with the cash register and internal accounting program (we teach).
• Maintaining order and proper appearance of the trading floor.

Requirements

• Experience in sales from 1 year.
• Customer orientation.
• Attention to details.
• Responsible attitude to work and results.
• Experience with Instagram or messengers is an advantage, but not necessary.
• Willingness to study and work according to internal standards.

Salary

• Fixed rate: UAH 20,000.
• Bonus part: % of sales.
  Average income - about 25,000 UAH per month.
• Timely payment of wages.
• Possibility of increasing income: with consistently high sales, total income may exceed 50,000 UAH.

Adaptation

• First 3 days — paid (700 UAH/day, 6–7 hours).
• Next is a two-week internship with a payment of 16,000 UAH + bonuses.
• At the end of the first week, there is a product knowledge test.

Working conditions

• Place of work: Kyiv, Podil str. Nizhniy Val, 13
  (5 minutes on foot from Kontraktova Square).
• Working schedule: 5/2, full time, from 9:30 to 19:00.
• Conditions: comfortable, warm store.
• Team: small, stable, friendly team.
