Brief description of implementation activities of BO TBPeopleUkraine within the project
The activity aims to build the capacity of TB survivor networks through mentoring, knowledge sharing, support for advocacy initiatives, stigma reduction and development of community-based monitoring mechanisms (CLM). Main job duties:
develop a strategic framework for the development of the TBPeople global network taking into account the current global context;
develop a conceptual model of the functioning of the global network, including its role, mission and principles of activity;
develop a global network governance and membership structure (boards, governing and advisory bodies, roles and mandates, selection and re-election mechanisms); accountability and transparency mechanisms;
develop the basic founding documents of the network;
prepare a package of key management and accountability policies necessary for the operation and development of the network;
present the prepared documents to the project team and finalize them taking into account the received comments.
Requirements for candidates
proven experience in developing management, organizational strategy or institutional development documents;
experience working with international networks, coalitions or civil society organizations;
strong analytical skills and experience in preparing strategic and political documents;
experience of working with communities and public organizations;
experience in public health or tuberculosis;
excellent written communication skills in English;
responsibility and ability to meet deadlines.
