Construction project manager (with experience in customer service) in SPP Development Ukraine

Responsibilities:

• Management of the full cycle of implementation of construction projects, including planning, organization, control and completion;
< li>Organization of inspection of project documentation: ensuring input control of project documentation before the start of construction works;
• Planning and monitoring of preparatory works: development and control of implementation of the plan of preparatory works at the construction site;
• Control terms and quality of construction works: monitoring compliance with established terms and quality standards for construction works and construction schedules;
• Organization and coordination of the selection of contractors: selection and involvement of contractors and construction crews, ensuring their effective work at the site;
• Planning and control of measures to eliminate defects: development and implementation of operational measures to correct identified defects in the construction process;
• Management of construction documentation: ensuring proper maintenance of current and executive documentation, including drawing up the necessary reports;
• Participation in acceptance commissions: active participation in commissions for acceptance of completed construction objects, ensuring compliance of objects with all necessary requirements and standards

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of energy, construction or engineering;
• Experience as a construction project manager for at least 5 years;
• Experience in the service of the customer MANDATORY
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Knowledge of the technology of construction and installation works of SES from 20 MW, transmission lines 0.4-110 kV, substations 10-110 kV;< /li>
• Experience in implementing projects from scratch to commissioning;
• Responsibility, attention to detail and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
