We are looking for a team responsible and detail-oriented HR specialist.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Higher education;
• Work experience from 1 year in the field of personnel document management;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation and military accounting;
• Knowledge of the English language (PreIntermediate );
• Proficiency in 1C, SAP, Excel, Word;
• Experience with other HR processes will be an advantage (selection, adaptation, training, evaluation and motivation)

The main tasks are:

• Maintenance of personnel records in full;
• Keeping records of working hours;
• Accounting of personnel data in SAP;
• Organization business trips in Ukraine and abroad;
• Administration of work with an insurance company;
• Input and maintenance of current data of the access system;
• Formation of personnel training documentation;

• Administration of the work of outstaff personnel;
• Collection of data on the level of achievement of goals;
• Purchase of stationery, certificates and gifts for employees.
