We are looking for a qualified Construction Project Manager who will be able to manage the execution of construction works, namely to control the work of the general contractor and subcontractors and ensure the successful implementation of the company's projects. Also, conducting quality control of work performance, project documentation and ensuring compliance with deadlines and budget.

Tasks:

- Coordination of construction works and ensuring the implementation of projects in accordance with technical requirements and standards;

- Control of the quality of work performance and compliance with deadlines;

- Maintaining project documentation and ensuring its relevance;

- Interaction with contractors and control of their work;

- Participation in customer meetings and reporting.

Requirements:

- Higher education in the field of construction, architecture or construction engineering;

- 3 years of work experience in a similar position;

- Knowledge of construction technologies, regulatory framework;

- Ability to work with project documentation;

- High responsibility and result-oriented.
